Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to digital products and services delivered electronically (downloads, license keys, indicators, templates, access credentials). This policy is issued by IVIA CODE LLP.
1) Digital content & delivery
When your purchase is completed, we deliver access digitally. Delivery may include a download link, license key, access credentials, or activation. Once digital delivery begins, the product is considered supplied.
2) Right to cancel (digital content)
If you are a consumer in the UK/EU, you may have statutory cancellation rights. Where applicable, by placing an order you request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost once delivery begins.
3) No refunds for delivered digital products
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate delivery/activation, all sales are final and we do not provide refunds or exchanges once delivery has begun or access has been activated, except where required by applicable law.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly (for example, duplicate charge) or your transaction was unauthorized, contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
4) Technical support
If something does not work as expected, contact support and we will assist with installation, activation, or compatibility checks. Most issues are resolved quickly with the correct setup steps.
5) Chargebacks & disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Opening a chargeback/dispute without contacting support may delay resolution and may result in temporary suspension of access while the case is reviewed.
