Privacy Notice
Effective date: 21 July 2026
IVIA CODE LLP, company number OC450112, registered office Stoney Works, 8 Stoney Lane, London, England, SE19 3BD, is the controller of personal data described in this notice. We trade as MQLSoftware. Privacy contact: support@mqlsoftware.com.
Information we use
Depending on how you interact with us, we may use your name, purchase email, billing contact and country; Stripe, PayPal or another payment provider’s customer, Checkout, payment, invoice and subscription references (we do not receive full card details); purchased products, entitlements, access dates and cancellation state; Client Area login, security and audit records; TradingView username and MetaTrader licence or account information supplied for delivery or support; support messages and service requests; email delivery, campaign, preference and unsubscribe records; IP address, device, browser, cookie and page or conversion data where collected; and legacy purchase records used to identify products previously bought from us.
Why we use it and our lawful bases
We use personal data to take payment, supply products, administer subscriptions, authenticate the Client Area, activate licences and provide support where necessary to perform a contract or take requested pre-contract steps. We also process data to maintain transaction, tax and accounting records and respond to lawful requests; prevent fraud, protect accounts and systems, investigate misuse and establish or defend legal claims; send necessary order, access, billing, security and service communications; and send product news and offers where permitted.
Our lawful bases are contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests and, where required, consent. We do not use purchase acceptance as consent to unrelated marketing. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Service messages needed for an order, subscription, security or requested support may still be sent.
Providers and disclosures
We disclose only information reasonably needed for the relevant purpose. Recipients may include Stripe and PayPal for Checkout, payments, invoices, disputes and subscriptions where applicable; our WordPress, hosting, security and licence-delivery providers; Brevo and our configured email provider; TradingView where required to grant or remove requested script access; Meta, Yandex or other analytics and advertising providers only where their technology is active and required consent has been obtained; professional advisers, insurers, payment-dispute parties and public authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required; and a genuine business successor subject to appropriate safeguards.
Providers may process data in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, United States or other countries. Where required, we use an applicable adequacy mechanism or contractual or data-transfer safeguards. Contact us for information about the safeguard relevant to a particular transfer.
Retention
We keep data only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, subscription and licence administration, security, accounting and tax obligations, disputes and legal claims. Criteria include whether an account or licence remains active, applicable statutory record periods, limitation periods, fraud and security needs, and whether a marketing objection must be retained. Time-limited Client Area login links currently expire after 15 minutes.
We may retain a minimal suppression record after a marketing opt-out so that we continue to honour it.
Cookies and analytics
Strictly necessary technology may be used for security, authentication, Checkout and core account operation. Non-essential analytics or advertising technology should run only after the consent required in the visitor’s jurisdiction. The cookie notice or consent control identifies available choices. Withdrawing optional-cookie consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law and the processing involved, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. You have an unconditional right to object to direct marketing.
Send requests to support@mqlsoftware.com. We may request proportionate information to verify identity. Rights can have lawful exceptions, which we will explain where applicable. UK individuals may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Individuals elsewhere may contact their local data-protection authority.
Required information and automated decisions
Purchase email and payment information are needed to form and perform an order. Platform identifiers are needed only when you request delivery on that platform. Without required information, we may be unable to supply the relevant service.
We use automated rules to process payment status, entitlement, email scheduling and operational limits. We do not currently make solely automated decisions based on personal data that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Fraud or abuse indicators may cause a temporary restriction or human review.
Changes
We may update this notice to reflect legal, provider or service changes. The effective date identifies the current version. We will communicate material changes in a reasonable manner where required.
