Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 21 July 2026

This policy applies to MQLSoftware purchases supplied by IVIA CODE LLP (OC450112), Stoney Works, 8 Stoney Lane, London, England, SE19 3BD. Contact: support@mqlsoftware.com.

Nothing in this policy restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Cancelling a subscription

You may stop future renewals at any time through Client Area → Billing → Open billing settings. Unless stated otherwise at Checkout or in the billing portal, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and access remains available until that date. Cancelling future renewal does not automatically refund the current or a previous payment.

Digital content supplied immediately

Our digital products and subscription access may be supplied immediately after payment. Where required, Checkout asks you to expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that once supply begins you may lose a statutory change-of-mind cancellation right. Any such loss applies only where the legal requirements are met. It does not affect mandatory remedies for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered content.

When to contact us

Contact support@mqlsoftware.com promptly if you were charged twice for the same order; do not recognise a charge; did not receive purchased access; believe the digital content is faulty or materially different from its description; cancelled but were charged contrary to the confirmed cancellation date; or applicable law gives you a cancellation or refund right.

Include the purchase email, order or invoice reference, charge date, product and a concise description of the issue. Never send full card details or passwords.

We may first take reasonable steps to identify the order, secure an account or remedy a delivery or technical problem. This does not delay or replace a remedy that applicable law requires within a particular period.

Other refund requests

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, we do not promise refunds for change-of-mind requests after immediate digital supply has lawfully begun, trading outcomes, failure to use the product, third-party platform changes outside our reasonable control, or elapsed subscription time. We may grant a discretionary refund in exceptional circumstances, but doing so in one case does not create an obligation to do so in another.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route where reasonably possible. Processing and bank posting times are controlled partly by Stripe and the relevant payment provider, so we do not promise a specific bank-credit date unless required by law.

After a full refund, associated paid access may end. Access needed to fulfil a mandatory remedy will be handled consistently with that remedy.
